Shipping Schedule

Town Creek Trading Post ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) ship the next business day.
  • Saturday dispatch: Orders placed before 6:00 AM Eastern Time on Saturday ship Saturday morning. Orders placed after 6:00 AM Saturday ship the next business day (Monday).

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on $50+ orders

  • Orders under $50 have a flat $8 shipping fee

  • Orders over 10 lb are not eligible for shipping


Local Pickup

Local customers are welcome to pick up orders in person at our Winnabow, North Carolina location. Please allow up to 4 hours for your order to be prepared during business hours.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM may not be ready until the following business day at 9:00 AM.

Lost Package Policy

If your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:
  1. Contact us immediately at info@towncreektradingpost.net.
  2. Include your order number and tracking number in your message.
  3. We will open an investigation with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) on your behalf.

Investigations typically take 3–5 business days.

If GPS data confirms delivery, the loss is usually due to theft. In those cases, refunds are not provided, and we recommend contacting your local law enforcement.

If the carrier determines that your package was misdelivered or lost in transit, we will promptly issue a refund or replacement once the investigation is complete.
