Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send a RA# along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty, grooming)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we will help.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, simply return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags or components included.
  • Returns with signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be declined or charged a restocking fee.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@towncreektradingpost.net or call 844-828-5225 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).
  3. Repack your item securely and ship it using the address provided.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
